1. Return Eligibility

You have 14–30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective or wrong, we cover the shipping

6. Late or Missing Refunds
